TreviPay has entered the world of corporate accommodation, offering its integrated payment solution through a collaboration with Choice Hotels.

“To bring greater simplicity, flexibility and support to the financial management of business travel, TreviPay’s solution allows companies booking business travel with Choice Hotels to select a billing option, so travelers don’t no longer have to present a physical card for payment and that the company receives consolidated invoices for all travelers,” the company said in a press release on Wednesday (April 13).

The company cited the latest forecast from the Global Business Travel Association, which indicated a likely 38% increase in global business travel spending this year as the industry recovers from pandemic travel restrictions and preferences.

The release notes that many of these travelers and businesses are also likely to turn to expense management offerings to avoid having to distribute and manage employee card programs themselves.

“Bringing payment innovation and expertise to the hospitality industry is an important step for the B2B industry,” said Brandon Spear, CEO of TreviPay. “Business customers of participating hotel chains will be relieved of tedious invoice tracking and expense management with Consolidated Hospitality Billing, allowing them to focus on other areas of business growth and development as they go along. that business travel will rebound.”

TreviPay said it offers hotel chains a dedicated financial relationship and expense management through consolidated billing for B2B buyers to help attract business travel customers, representing a market of 111, $7 billion. Choice corporate customers can reserve rooms at checkout with a physical payment card, with all employee stays billed to their company.
